By creating an account or using the LePearl Education app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

• Give correct details when you sign up and keep your password private.
• One account is for one student. Do not share your login with others.
• We may suspend accounts that are shared, misused or break these Terms.

2. Courses, access and validity

• When you pay for a course, you get access for the validity period shown on the course page.
• When the validity ends, access stops automatically. Your results and progress stay saved, and access returns when you renew.
• For instalment plans, please pay each instalment by its due date. We send reminders before the due date.

3. Payments and refunds

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees.
• Refunds, if any, follow the LePearl Education refund policy shared at the time of enrolment. For payment issues, contact us with your payment ID.

4. Content and fair use

• All classes, recordings, notes, tests and other material belong to LePearl Education and its faculty.
• They are for your personal study only. Do not record, copy, download, share or sell them.

5. Conduct

Be respectful in live classes, doubts and all communication. Do not upload anything unlawful, abusive or unrelated to your studies.

6. Availability

We work to keep the App available, but classes and features may sometimes be delayed or changed. We are not responsible for losses caused by internet or device problems on your side.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated Terms.
